October 1, 2025.- Today marks a very special moment in my professional journey. After several years developing projects in Europe, I am returning to work in the United States for the whole of the Americas. The USA has already played a significant role in my career and now welcomes me back with new opportunities and challenges.

Returning to this market fills me with both excitement and responsibility. The U.S. economy is at a critical stage, showing resilience and growth, particularly in the construction sector. Investment in infrastructure and modernization projects is accelerating, and the industry is embracing innovation, sustainability, and cutting-edge solutions. Canada’s economy is navigating a complex landscape marked by modest growth, demographic shifts, and evolving trade dynamics while Latin America’s economy is growing modestly, driven mainly by domestic consumption, while facing challenges from political uncertainty, and structural issues. Being part of this extremely dynamic environment is an exciting challenge and a chance to contribute meaningfully to the Americas Team’ efforts to grow.

Personally, coming back to America feels like reconnecting with a path I had once paused. My previous years in Europe allowed me to broaden my perspective, gain international experience, and strengthen my expertise in construction management, Team building and business development. Now, equipped with these lessons, I feel prepared to make an even greater impact in the Americas market.

I am deeply grateful to Alimak Group, Construction Division, for entrusting me with this responsibility. Representing the Division´s interests in such a strategic market is an honor, and it motivates me every day to deliver my best. I feel especially motivated to work with highly effective and prepared Teams, and to have the pleasure of developing together towards an unprecedented level of excellence. I am eager to work and contribute with the existing Teams, build strong relationships, drive meaningful projects, and contribute to the company’s sustainable and long-term growth in the region.

Beyond the professional perspective, returning to the U.S. is also a personal milestone. It is an opportunity to reconnect with colleagues, partners, and friends, to experience the unique energy of the American business environment, and to immerse myself once again in a culture of innovation, productivity and ambition. All these connections are invaluable and will be key to achieving success in the projects ahead.

As I embark on this new chapter, I feel a profound sense of gratitude and excitement. The road ahead promises challenges, but also immense opportunities to learn, grow, and leave a positive mark on the projects I lead. I look forward to sharing this journey and the milestones along the way with all of you.
