Can we do anything and change it into a win-win situation?
Madrid, October 13, 2022.- We all know that success is only achieved by teams with a strong structure and working in a very supportive context but how about if you are stuck in your team having to work with someone(s) that you can´t stand.
This has happened to me a couple of times and sure we can do many things like arguing or avoiding them but at the end our frustrations and behavior damages the team effectiveness and our ability to effectively cope with our work.
Can we do anything about it and change it into a win-win situation?… Yes, we can, and we should, it only requires a small change in our mindset starting to ¨be curious¨. Enjoy watching!
